He was very nice and friendly, thorough in what he did, took lots of time, was professional, and the price was great. He not only cleaned the vent, but also took the dryer apart to clean out the built up lint inside it. I had always thought dryer fires were caused by clogged vents, but he showed us all the built up lint inside the dryer, including some that was scorched by the heating element. I learned THAT is where the fires start. Many other dryer cleanings, no one ever bothered to clean out inside the dryer. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others. Very fair pricing and great service"
